Horrible experience. It was so bad, we thought it was actually a joke. The guide was late, disorganized and unready to provide cohesive information, also showed up in a gangster costume. He didn’t wear a mask and wasn’t social distancing at all. He stopped at McSorleys and expected we pay for his beer and cheese plate, had no concept of time or of the length of the tour and didn’t include paranormal stories, only glossing over the fact that it might be haunted. We wish we could get that hour and 40 minutes of our lives back, but a refund would suffice. It would’ve been better to stay home, it’s not worth your money or time.
