Allow us to escort you on the best private sightseeing tour experience in America’s Finest City! This tour begins when we meet you at your point of origin to transport you throughout the loveliest and most renowned parts of our city.

Pass By: Gaslamp Quarter, Fourth Avenue between Broadway and Market Fourth Ave & Broadway, San Diego, CA 92101

The Gaslamp Quarter, known as the Historic Heart of San Diego, is a 16 block downtown neighborhood full of nightlife and world-renowned restaurants. Full of Victorian architecture and small museums, as well as Horton Plaza Park and Petco Park, it's a must-see.

Pass By: Petco Park, 100 Park Blvd, San Diego, CA 92101-7405

Opened in 2004, the Petco Park is a relatively young stadium and permanent home of the much-loved San Diego Padres, and home to many festivals and other events. It features a grassy area known as Park at the Park, several popular restaurants.

Pass By: Coronado Bridge, State Route 75 South Embarcadero, San Diego, CA 92101

Built in 1969, the Coronado Bridge spans more than 11,000 feet and rises 200ft at maximum clearance. At it's base on the San Diego side sits the Chicano Park, and the bridge is easily visible from both the coast and the air. It's now as synonumous with San Diego as the Golden Gate bridge is with San Francisco.

Stop At: Coronado Island, 1100 Orange Ave, Coronado, CA 92118-3407

"The Crowned One" in Spanish, Coronado island is a jewel of the coast. Surrounded by silvery mica-laced beaches, and full of art galleries, small shops, and renowned restaurants, it is a beach paradise. The island has been attracting visitors since before the 1880s and is a must-see for any vacationer looking for that SoCal beach experience.

Jeff was an amazing tour guide. He took us to the outskirts of San Diego up into the surrounding mountains with magnificent vistas and small towns that were picture perfect. If you have the time, you must take this tour

Would not hesitate recommending this private tour. Jeff our guide and driver was considerate of us as seniors and my husband's lack of mobility. He adapted our tour accordingly. We were picked up punctually and dropped off at our hotel in Coronado. Jeff was courteous and very knowledgeable of the history of all the sites visited and viewed from the van. A few of the highlights for us included Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial in La Jolla and Balboa Park. It was a well spent and enjoyable four hours for us.

Jeff our tour guide, is an incredibly knowledgable, kind and thorough guide, who shared many stories about the places we visited. He knows a lot of San Diego history, and that made such a wonderful difference in our trip. We didn’t just “see" San Diego, we truly “experienced" it. The tour is so comprehensive: It includes San Diego City neighborhoods, Coronado Bridge and Island (and the Hotel Del), Balboa Park, La Jolla, Mt Soledad. We could not have asked for anything more. The tour van was comfortable, water and snacks were provided, and we always stopped at prime locations to see the sights. Kenny, the owner, truly cares about his guests having a first rate experience, and he and Jeff delivered a 10 star day! Thank you so much for such a great experience; we are already looking forward to our next visit and booking another tour.

Our guide Jeff was very knowledgeable and provided detailed local history. The tour included areas such as Mt. Soledad and La Jolla, not just downtown. It gave us a great understanding where to go and the time at La Jolla was sufficient so that we don’t need to return there. Jeff was very helpful on suggestions for our stay, and responded to 2 of our questions several hours after the tour was completed.

Responsible : 5 / 5  Safe : 5 / 5  Unique : 5 / 5  Value : 5 / 5  Review Chris offered us an awesome opportunity to see things we would never have thought of. He was right on time, courteous, and was very engaging. We felt Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe at every stop. He was always ready to direct us or answer questions. His knowledge of all the areas we visited and areas we drove through on the way helped us enjoy everything even more.

Chris was highly informative, professional. Also was so helpful in assisting my 88 yr old mother with her walker. He was very patient and we felt so comfortable that he allowed us as much time we desired or needed on each attraction. We didn't feel rushed. Truly an amazing tour and amazing guide. You won't be disappointed!

Wow! Another Side of San Diego did not disappoint! We held a corporate event in San Diego, and we only had one-day to tour the best that San Diego has to offer. After much research, I decided on booking a private tour with this company. I was pleased from beginning to end. Kenneth crafted the perfect tour for us at a very reasonable cost, answering all of my questions along the way. The bus was comfortable for our group of 34, and we were allowed to bring on drinks and snacks. Our tour guide was Rob, what a source of knowledge on San Diego! Our driver was Margaret, how she navigated the hills and turns I will never know. The bus picked us up from our hotel on Coronado and took us to the Gaslamp Dist, Balboa Park, Mt Soledad, LaJolla Beach and lastly for the most amazing ice cream sandwiches at the Baked Bear. It was a perfect afternoon; we learned and saw so much. I appreciate all the attention to details, the timing, and the knowledge shared.

This tour was Amazing! San Diego is Beautiful and this was a wonderful addition to our trip. Our guide "Frank" was very informative and ethusiasric in showing us his town.  He wasnt scripted nor seem routine. In fact I felt as if on a spontaneous joyride to each site. I highly recommend San Diego City Tours and suggest that you ask for your guide to be Frank.  "I will always remember Our trip to San Diego."    Scott
